Caregiving is a challenging journey-especially when you are caring for someone living with dementia. The responsibilities can feel overwhelming, emotional, and exhausting, and too often caregivers put their own needs last.

The Confident Caregiver one-day training and education program is designed with you in mind. This program will equip you with practical strategies, trusted resources, and proven tips to help you plan effectively, navigate challenges with confidence, and care for yourself while caring for others. Join us for a full day of learning, connection, and empowerment-so you can feel more confident, supported, and prepared in your caregiving journey. Lunch and snacks provided.
